Each year, annual HOA fees are due by JULY 1st of each year. Your contribution allows us to maintain the common spaces in our neighborhood and the administrative costs. For more information about our specific OPHOA expenses, you can visit our FAQ page. We thank you in advance for paying your dues in a timely manner. Here are some ways you can pay your annual dues:

1. Debit/Credit Card...

   For those looking for ease and flexibility, you can make electronic contributions from your smartphone, tablet or computer anytime of the day or night. Just select the PAY TODAY button on this page and complete your payment in seconds. You will get an automatic receipt each time a payment is made.

2. Auto-Pay with Your Bank...

   Take the hassle out of writing checks and let your banking institution do it for you. Most banks and credit unions have an auto-pay system that allows you to schedule one-time or recurring contributions at no cost to you. They can simply write and mail the check for you. If you used this method, please be sure to use our PO Box mailing address.

3. Write A Check...

   Checks should be written to Osprey Park HOA and include Lot# and “HOA dues” on the memo line. Checks can be mailed to our PO Box or given to our treasurer.

4. Automated Clearing House (ACH)…

   If you choose the Automated Clearing House (ACH) option, your contribution be handled at a lower cost per transaction.
